Workshops by the hour

All workshops include a welcome session and complimentary essential oils if requested.

$13 a person if there are 5 or less

$10 a person if there are 6 or more

Any event that includes 10 or more people get a flat rate of $75

Workshops can be held at the location of your choice. Either at the yoga studio, in your home or office, or if the weather is comfortable-an outside setting.

Private Practice

$30 a person

Please note that private practice options must be within a 20 mile range. Outside of this range may require additional costs.

As always-if yoga is something that is very important to you but your funding may be a barrier- please contact me and we can work something out.
